Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and contractors of Western Sol and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
The drawing begins Monday, September 21, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. Mountain Time and ends Sunday, September 27, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. Mountain Time (the “Entry Period”). Western Sol’s clock is the official timekeeper.
No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. During the Entry Period, complete all of the following on Instagram:
Limit ten (10) tag entries plus one (1) Story bonus (five entries) per Instagram account. Duplicate, fake, or automated tags may be disqualified. You are responsible for your account privacy settings.
One (1) winner will receive Two Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($2,000.00 USD), paid by check, ACH, or another method Western Sol reasonably selects. Approximate retail value: $2,000. Winner is responsible for any taxes. Prize is not transferable except at Sponsor’s discretion. No substitution except if the prize becomes unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be awarded.
The $3,000 referral award is not part of this sweepstakes. It is a separate referral bounty described in the Referral Program Terms.
On or about Sunday, September 27, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. Mountain Time, Western Sol will select one (1) winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The winner will be contacted only by direct message from the official @westernsol Instagram account. We will never ask for a password, seed phrase, crypto wallet, or an upfront payment to claim a prize. If we cannot confirm the winner within seventy-two (72) hours, or if the winner is ineligible, we may select an alternate. Public announcement of the first name and last initial, city, and state may be made.
Except where prohibited, entry constitutes permission for Western Sol to use the winner’s name, Instagram handle, city, and state for promotional purposes without further compensation.
Western Sol may disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or in violation of Instagram’s terms. By entering, you release Western Sol and Instagram/Meta from any claims arising out of this sweepstakes. Western Sol is not responsible for late, lost, or unseen Story shares, Instagram outages, or entries it cannot verify. This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
